During my journey towards healing my digestion, I’ve tried many things. Lots of supplements. Tons of various elimination diets. Truthfully, the biggest factors that contributed to my healing were time and patience (the latter of which I admit, I am often lacking). However, I did find a few things seemed to soothe and help more than others. One of the foods that seemed to make the biggest impact was gelatin.
