September Adopt A Gluten-Free Blogger Round-Up

It’s been an honor and a blast hosting another month of Adopt A Gluten-Free Blogger! Sea of Book Of Yum really has it going on when it comes to these creations – this is definitely a fun event. I hope her dissertation is going well, and that she’s getting time to enjoy herself on her trip as well. Next month, Adopt A Gluten-Free Blogger will be hosted by Kate of Eat, Recycle, Repeat, so stay tuned for her sign-up post!

And now, onto the adoptions!

Let’s start with Kate of Eat, Recycle, Repeat. This month, she adopted Danielle of Against All Grain. She opted to make a variation on Danielle’s Cobb salad, using seafood. It looks amazing – I love Danielle’s recipes, and Kate’s rendition definitely is crave-worthy! Check out Kate’s post here.

Paula of Live Free, Gluten-Free adopted Trish of Gluten-Free in SLC this month, and made her delicious chile colorado. With the cooler temperatures, I can totally see myself curling up with a big bowl of this comforting meal! Check out Paula’s post!

Michelle of The Gluten-Free Wife adopted Sarah of My New Roots. Michelle made a dish that really piques my interest – a cashew corn chowder with cilantro cream. I love using cashews for cream, the taste is so decadent. A corn chowder would be a perfect way to say goodbye to summer! See Michelle’s adoption here.

Shannon of Enjoying Gluten-Free Life adopted Eat With Your Eyes. Shannon made two of her recipes – a comforting hot “cereal”, which is perfect for a cool fall morning, and crunchy butternut squash “chips”. I know I’d be addicted to those chips! Read more about Shannon’s rendition of these recipes here.

And last but not least, I adopted Beth of Tasty Yummies this month. After careful consideration, I made Beth’s delicious apple crisp. Check out this fall comfort food in my adoption post here.
